Join our spooky activities for all the family, and follow our chilling Scavenger Hunt around the zoo to uncover your treat. Can you spot all the clues which hide amongst the shadows this Halloween?

Enter the Den of Darkness and experience the eerie world of the night! Learn about animal behaviours and what they get up to by the light of the moon, and see real biofacts. Can you uncover the hidden secret of what awaits in the box!

Get creative at our Halloween fun crafts and activities corner, and listen to fascinating tales from our ghostly guests to learn what lurks in the shadows!

Dress to impress – the creatures of the dark are watching! Can you find our giant ghoulish figures to snap a photo? Remember to tag us at @bristolzooproject!

An unforgettable day out

Dive in to feel-good family fun discovering amazing animals from around the world. Get face to face with giraffes on the raised walkway, watch cheetahs prowl and meet lemurs in the walkthrough, with no barriers between you and the animals!

Wildlife and nature

Our zoo is designed with nature and our animals’ welfare in mind. Discover large, enriching habitats for our animals and explore woodland paths teeming with native British wildlife.

Space to play

Find places to play as you explore the zoo, including the brand new Explorers Basecamp and the much-loved Barefoot Trail — a treat for toes of any age! Tower Meadow offers acres to roam, perfect for picnics and play.

Tasty treats

Tuck in to stone-baked pizzas oozing with cheese, fresh sandwiches, gooey brownies and crumbly cookies and cakes. Treat yourselves to an ice cream from local supplier Marshfield Farm – will it be decadent chocolate, heavenly honeycomb or succulent strawberry?
